The head office as well as MediReva Revalidatie’s office and warehouse are all located in the south of the Netherlands, in Maastricht. Maastricht is unmistakeably a European city and is at the heart of Europe, just an hour’s drive from Eindhoven, Antwerp, Brussels, Luxembourg, Cologne, and Düsseldorf. The office, which offers plenty of parking, offers excellent access thanks to its proximity to the A2 and A79 motorways.

Our well-equipped offices are spacious, offer plenty of daylight and good views, and have air conditioning: important requirements for a pleasant and effective work environment. It goes without saying that our offices have all the necessary communication facilities. From wireless and wired internet to multifunctional printers (scan/fax/e-mail/copy), as well as a highly professional switchboard.

The size of our offices means that we have plenty of growth potential. There is scope for organic growth, though also scope for coping with the office expansion of third parties.

Logistics centre

Our logistics centre is located at the Gronsveld business park, a stone’s throw from Maastricht. This business park is highly accessible from the nearby A2. The airports of Brussels and Düsseldorf and the major seaport of Antwerp are less than an hour’s drive away. This favourable location makes our logistics centre perfect for 24-hour distribution in the BeNeLux countries.

The modern logistics centre, which has a floor area of 7,000 m2, has various storage facilities. It houses just over 5,500 different articles held:

  • On shelving
  • At pallet points
  • At Kardex points (shuttle system)

A daily stock control system enables us to monitor stocks and identify any shortages. Our sophisticated ERP system makes it possible to scan all inbound and outbound articles, making errors and also stock shortages a thing of the past. In addition, the ERP system allows automated order picking in combination with the Kardex shuttles. Every week, more than 10,000 orders leave the logistics centre, which are delivered to the customer the next day.

  IT systems

The processes within MediReva are to a large extent automated. Various internal and external applications have been developed in-house. Furthermore, our ICT department works closely with various software and hardware partners to manage and optimize the various systems. MediReva works with the following software packages, amongst others.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV

This ERP package makes it possible to administer data relating to such aspects as the following:

  • Customer records and reporting
  • Order records
  • Inbound/outbound records
  • Stock management
  • Purchasing
  • Financial administration
  • Recording of all consignments (PostNL)

Virtual Contact Center

Virtual Contact Center contributes to the optimal accessibility of MediReva. This software enables all incoming calls to be shared with integrity between the various departments and employees.


Slimstock is a dynamic stock optimization program. Within MediReva, Slimstock has been integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, thereby allowing optimum forecasting and demand planning of our stocks.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Customer relations management (CRM) at MediReva is handled by Microsoft Dynamics CRM. CRM plays a key part in guaranteeing our agreements and service. CRM is also crucial in conducting targeted, tailored campaigns.
